1967 DS 21 Pallas (red fluid)  3 owner car originally purchased in Idaho but spent most of its life in California. I purchased car about 4 yrs ago from original owners grandson. The car was not as presented , although it had an excellent body with no rust, and I have incurred considerable expense to get it to a safe and drivable car.. That included recharged spheres, new brakes,  tires,  new front wiring loom and many other parts both mechanical and cosmetic some of which are still waiting to be installed. Upholstery was redone in non pallas trim, headliner and carpets replaced. Door cards need replacing, at least in front.  Most of the work required to make it a car you'd drive is paint and cosmetics. Of course that depends on how far you want to take this car. The car passed provincial inspection in British Columbia and I insured it and drove it last summer.  I am now selling it as I have lost interest in the project. I have a tremendous amount of paper documenting this cars history. I can't hope to recoup the money I've spent but would love to see someone take it to the next level. I have quite a few pictures that I can share with interested party..  offered for sale at $ 5300.00, Please contact Tom by email awards@shaw.ca PS will be in Arizona end of Feb 23 to end of March (CCA 1-10) -SOLD-

1970 DS21 Pallas, once owned by a concert violinist who lived in the Phoenix Area that spared no expense maintaining this car. I have a thick folder full of receipts for the maintenance performed on this car since he owned it. I bought the car from his estate 10 years ago. I am forced to sell the car because of divorce and need to cash her out. I had to decide between this or my Mehari.

The black leather interior is very good shape (the rear seat & headliner were redone several years ago). It has updated retractable seatbelts. It has cold-blowing  A/C (I just installed 2 fresh rebuilt condensor fans).

Good mechanicals: about 5,000 miles on engine & clutch with new water pump, spheres, fuel pump, axle boots - I also rebuilt the alternator & rebushed the carb. Recent exhaust - tight with no leaks.  It has a Pertonix electronic ignition.  The front brake calipers have been rebuilt -  the front brake rotors are nice and thick and the pads along with the parking brake are in fine shape and functions correctly. The radiator has  a high efficiency core that runs cool, even on the hottest days with the A/C on. The Semi auto gearbox shifts like a Citroen should. It creeps off when you release the brake button and shifts smoothly at speed. All lights and switches work.  Nothing prevents this car from being driven wherever you would like. To make this a stunning show car, I would freshen the body and paint it. See more pics at: Picasa

1972 D Special. It has many Pallas features that were added by a previousowner. I bought it about a year and a half ago and have not had the time to enjoy it as much as I wanted to. Also I have moved and do not have the room anymore. Ok lets start with the bad news! Cylinder #4 has low compression. My mechanic tested it and the pressure was at 50! Other cylinders are running great(can't remember what they tested at). It has a slight electrical problem where the dash light and one back running light goes out periodically. Interior needs work. It's original so it's a bit beat up. Previous owner removed Pallas trim when he repainted it.

GOOD NEWS: Previous owner put approximately 15k into the car. Too much to list. I have a stack of receipts going back to 1999. Some of the work done-replaced carb(DB Weber), replaced fuel pump, installed electronic ignition, etc; Work I had done: New starter(not refurbished)(new ground +battery and cables), rear suspension rod and boot, valve adjustment, new whitewall tires(4),new motor mount, new head gasket and seals, new distributor cap, new choke cable, plus much more. 133k original miles! Beautiful paint (could use a wax and buff!) factory color(original color was a bit more burgendy) Turning Headlights!!!! Suspension work great Runs so smooth-Before having the problem with cylinder 4 it was running perfectly! New cd/usb stereo +new speakers and amp!R egistered in California. Kept under a car cover for most of the time I had it (car cover included. $7,500 OBO  Kenny 323-697-0326 or email: kenny@f-rico.com

Runs good, comes right up and drives good. Has new steeringwheel. Could use new tires, some dryrot. A sacrifice at $ 17,750. Car is located in Idaho. 1972 Citroën Lorraine A very rare example of the DS with a coachbuilt body by Chapron, in two tone blue with blue leather interior. It is a Left Hand Drive model with a Semi Automatic Gearbox, that has come available from a private collection in Madrid in Spain, where it has resided for the last 25 years.

Having been kept in that warm climate it is a rustfree example and a good driving car but it is having some cosmetics done to bring it back to its former glory.

We have been told that in its early years it has had links with the Spanish Royal Family.
